Social Outreach Coordinator
Chicago / 10 - 20 hours per week
This is not a passive social media role—we’re looking for someone who can drive real conversations and pipeline.
SHADOWNUT partners with early-stage CPG founders to redesign e-commerce experiences that delight. convert. retain. We work with product-based brands pre-$1M in annual revenue who are ready for a website that finally matches the quality of their product. Our focus is simple: create high-performing storefronts that give founders peace of mind and support sustainable growth.
We’re hiring a Social Outreach COORDINATOR to help us consistently attract and engage qualified CPG founders. This role combines outbound outreach with inbound Instagram content, requiring strong communication, design taste, and ownership. You’ll identify aligned brands, start meaningful conversations, and shape how SHADOWNUT shows up to potential clients.

If you are comfortable with Figma, Google Suite, Instagram, and Notion
Non-Negotiables
Must be able to commute weekly to downtown Chicago for in-person meetings
Must be able to provide a W-9 (contractor status)
Must be a fluent English speaker and writer
Must have experience working with CPG brands (food, beverage, wellness, beauty, fashion, etc.)
Role Details
Contract role (10–15 hours per week)
$30–$45/hour, based on experience and portfolio
Remote work with weekly in-person meeting in Chicago
